So you've brought home a mustang . . . now what? In this episode, we'll hear from Abigail Illenberger about her experience adopting a mustang from an Extreme Mustang Makeover. Abby adopted her mustang, Snooze, from the 2020 California Extreme Mustang Makeover with just over 100 days of training. Hear firsthand about the next steps in Snooze's training, the ups and downs, and the moments to remember. Plus, Abby talks in-depth about the importance of having a support system to rely upon through your training journey. Abby owns and operates Harmony with Horses, a kids horsemanship program, in San Juan Capistrano, California. During COVID, Abby felt a calling to help kids find some much-needed connection beyond their screens. What started as a "wouldn't it be cool" idea has grown into a thriving program that keeps Abby at the barn daily and she couldn't be happier.
