The Mustang Heritage Foundation recognized a need for more open shows to spark interest in sustainable mustang and burro ownership.

While not everyone wants to gentle a wild mustang or borro, everyone can love a well-trained one.

Our new approach centers on building community and opportunity for ALL mustangs & burros. With this event, we aim to inspire more local competitions that can serve as qualifiers, giving both trainers and owners something to strive for.

By focusing on accomplished wild-bred mustangs and burros, we're building a pathway beyond adoption—where skilled trainers prepare mustangs and burros for success, and dedicated owners carry that success forward into lifelong partnerships.
