The Mustang Heritage Foundation (MHF) has partnered with the Extreme Cowboy Association (EXCA) to offer $10,000 in added money to BLM-branded mustangs competing in the 2021 Extreme Mustang Race.
All BLM-branded mustangs are eligible to compete in the Extreme Mustang Race, which will be held in conjunction with the EXCA World Finals currently slated to take place in November. Trainers who are MHF members and compete with BLM mustangs adopted or purchased from January 1—August 1, 2021, will be eligible to win $10,000 in additional prize money provided by MHF and EXCA.
“We’re proud to join with the Extreme Cowboy Association to increase the purse for trainers competing in the Extreme Mustang Race with their BLM-branded mustangs,” shared MHF Executive Director Alex Kappert. “This unique event allows trainers to showcase the versatility of the American mustang in a high stakes atmosphere.”
The EXCA is the only recognized association for the sport of extreme cowboy racing and was founded by nationally acclaimed cowboy and clinician Craig Cameron. For more information about EXCA, visit https://extremecowboyassociation.com.
