• Vendors will be in the Dunn Arena building (pictured) - a central community space we are calling "The Round Pen"

• We expect 500+ people to attend

• Cancellation fee: 25% cancellation fee before August 1, 2026. NO refunds on/after Aug 1

• Move-in by Tuesday, October 20th

• Electric included - vendor must provide extension cords w/ ground

• Wifi provided (access to be confirmed)

• **Food Vendors are required to carry a permit from Johnson County Health Department
