In an effort to increase the adoption of wild horses and burros, we have put together a list of studies and research reports that have been prepared regarding the behavior, temperament, training techniques and overall mannerisms of a wild Mustang. We, the Mustang Heritage Foundation, in no way claim to promote any one of the following reports or studies. We are simply providing these links to serve as educational materials. We encourage all adopters to be prepared for the adoption and/or training process. There are many great horsemen and -women with their own ideas and techniques, we encourage you to find the information that best suits your needs.
