KEYSTONE STATE WOMAN WINS MIDWEST MUSTANG CHALLENGE

Pennsylvania horse trainer Suzanne Myers took home the win April 19 in Madison, Wis., during the Midwest Horse Fair in the first of three Mustang Challenge events staged this year by the Mustang Heritage Foundation. Read the full press release.

MUSTANG FOUNDATION SETS 1,000-HORSE ADOPTION GOAL

Forging a path into a depressed equine industry while calling on an American public with a message of preservation is the challenge of the Mustang Heritage Foundation (MHF) as it announces its goal of placing 1,000 American Mustangs for adoption in 2008. Read the full press release.

YEARLING MUSTANG CHALLENGE

In keeping with the mission of the Foundation, the Mission: 007 (denoting the birth year of these yearlings) has been created to place 200 Nevada Mustang yearlings in adoptive homes through a yearling training event. The goal of the event is to promote adoption through showcasing Mustangs’ value and trainability through competition. View all the event details here.

WYOMING MUSTANG CHALLENGE

The Wyoming mustang challenge is accepting 25 trainers to compete August 15-16. The competition will be held during the Wyoming State Fair in Douglas, WY, August 15-16. Applications are due April 1st , 2008. View all the event details here.

MIDWEST MUSTANG CHALLENGE

The Midwest Mustang Challenge in Madison, WI, was a huge success! Thank you so much for all the support you gave to the trainers and their beautiful Mustangs. Midwest Mustang Challenge DVD's will be available after May 15th so please come back to make your purchase! Suzanne Myers of Port Matilda, PA, and "Jazz" of the Twin Peaks herd management area won the Challenge!
